I have known Alexander for over 20 years, and his passion for yoga took on a professional dimension many years ago. He mastered the Hatha Yoga school and enthusiastically shared his progress in this field. I couldn't remain indifferent and decided to give it a try. More than three years ago, I joined his yoga group, approaching it seriously—buying all the necessary equipment and starting my practice. From the very first sessions, I realized that I loved everything about it. I met a large number of people who love yoga and for whom it is a way of life. These are amazing, interesting individuals who look many years younger than their age, capable of performing wonders with their bodies, whose lives are impossible without daily yoga practice 9. For me, yoga is primarily about feeling great, improving health, always being in a good mood, and maintaining the vitality of both body and spirit. I do not delve into spiritual boundaries and use yoga solely as physical culture because it gives me energy for the whole day. Yoga is a quality of life that has become the foundation of my life, allowing me to live young and energetic. I am infinitely grateful to Alexander for sharing his passion for yoga with me one day and becoming my teacher and mentor—tactful, attentive, and always ready to share his knowledge and achievements in this field.
